Unleash your wild side on the trails
View from the summit, high above everyday life. The air is clear, and you plunge into the descent with your 170 mm coil shock. Its mullet tires grip the ground as you power through tight corners. You’re in the rhythm of the trail, your smile wide and wild. Your freedom grows with every meter. Can you feel it? Every obstacle is an invitation, and the end of the trail is just the beginning of your next adventure.
Welcome to the wildest era of Trailray
Over the past 100 years, we’ve shaped many moments in cycling, including the invention of the electric mountain bike. The latest addition to our Trailray series is now a tribute to ultimate downhill fun and aluminum enthusiasts. Every element, from the robust frame design to the large 220mm disc brakes, is optimized to give you the highest level of performance and safety. This bike is as aggressive as it looks and will defend against anything that comes your way.
Yamaha PW-XM. Pushes immediately.
The Yamaha PW-XM motor takes you over any terrain with a quiet yet powerful thrust. The zero cadence function gives you sporty support from the first pedal stroke, and if things get steeper, you’re well equipped with its 800 Wh battery. After the ride, the smart charger provides your bike with optimal power. It adapts to your battery’s charging cycle, guarantees the optimal charging current, and thus extends its service life.
Painting designed for life in nature
The Trailray 180 frame is a fortress on wheels. It features the classic Raymon look and a lowered top tube for maximum legroom and security. Thanks to the highest-quality aluminum, you’ll enjoy efficient power transmission and be ready to take a beating on rough trails. So, all you aluminum lovers out there, take note: we’re thinking of you and we celebrate you—this frame was made for you!
Geometry: It definitely delivers what the adventure promises.
Oh, Mullets, big and bold! With 29″ front and 27.5″ rear wheels, you’ll feel perfectly at home on the bike and enjoy an even more fun ride. The flat 64-degree head angle combined with the lowered bottom bracket results in a geometry clearly geared towards downhill riding. The short 445 mm chainstays make your Trailray incredibly agile, perfect for agile maneuvers and quick changes of direction. Feel safe and secure, because your Trailray swallows everything.
Mullet Magic: Agile meets stable.
Business up front, party in the back: The Mullet setup combines 29″ front tires for superior grip with smaller 27.5″ rear tires, giving you increased maneuverability and traction. This combination allows you to react faster and maneuver with greater precision.
Premium spring comfort on any surface.
You know it: if you see gold or orange, it’s always premium FOX. The DHX2 is super responsive and absorbs the hardest hits on your wildest descents. Your Piggyback ensures consistent damping performance.
Braking power: total control at any time.
With 220 mm front and 203 mm rear disc brakes, you’ll enjoy maximum safety and precise control at high speeds. These large brakes ensure powerful braking, even on steep and demanding descents.
Perfectly integrated cable routing.
The integrated wiring loom ensures a clear cockpit. Not only does it look attractive, but it also protects the cables with specially sealed cable entries.
Chain stays as short as 445mm: a new level of agility.
The Trailray’s chainstays are extremely short, at just 445 mm, making your bike extremely maneuverable and agile, meaning you’ll be able to easily overcome any obstacle.
Carbon handlebar: lightweight and clean looking.
Ultralight and robust, the cockpit combines style and functionality. The minimalist display shows all the important information, from speed to battery level, clearly even under the blazing sun.
